Actress Rashmika Mandanna, known for her role as Srivalli, has officially wrapped up her part in the film. On November 25, she shared an emotional note reflecting on her five-year journey with the Pushpa franchise. In her Instagram stories, she hinted at the possibility of a third installment, sparking further excitement among fans.
Rashmika Reflects on Her Journey
Rashmika described November 25 as an overwhelming day. She revealed her hectic schedule: after a long day of filming, she flew to Chennai for an event, returned to Hyderabad the same night, and then headed straight to her final day on the sets of Pushpa 2 with very little sleep.
She wrote, “Out of my 7–8 years in the industry, the last 5 years on this set made it feel like home. Finally, it was my last day. There’s still a lot of work left, and there may even be a Pushpa 3. But the experience felt different. It felt overwhelming, like something was ending.”
Rashmika expressed a mix of sadness and gratitude, recalling the hard work and memories from the last five years. She thanked the team and admitted she would deeply miss working with Allu Arjun, director Sukumar, and the entire crew, describing them as her “industry family.”
Allu Arjun Shares His Experience
Actor Allu Arjun also shared his emotions about completing the shoot. Posting a picture from the sets, he wrote, “LAST DAY LAST SHOT OF PUSHPA. Five years’ journey of Pushpa completed. What a journey!”
What to Expect in Pushpa 2
The sequel will feature Fahadh Faasil in a prominent villain role. While his character had limited screen time in Part 1, it will have a more significant presence in the sequel. Fans can also look forward to stronger chemistry between Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, making the story even more engaging.
