‘Maharaja’, the commercially successful action thriller film starring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead, will stream on Netflix from July 12th. The film will stream in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
Directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, the critically acclaimed film also features Anurag Kashyap, Sachana Namidass, Mamta Mohandas, Natarajan Subramaniam, Abhirami, Aruldoss, Munishkanth, Manikandan, Singampuli and Bharathiraja.
B. Ajaneesh Loknath’s music elevates certain screenplay-driven high points in the film.
Vijay is known for his Hindi film ‘Merry Christmas’, besides playing Kaalie Gaikwad in SRK’s ‘Jawan’. In 2023, he had a hit in the form of ‘Viduthalai:’ Part 1′. ‘Viduthalai: Part 2’ is slated to arrive at the cinemas later this year. He is also doing a silent film titled ‘Gandhi Talks’, co-starring Aditi Rao Hydari and Arvind Swamy.
