‘Vidya Vasula Aham’ was supposed to be released in theatres more than 18 months ago. The much-delayed film is now going to arrive on OTT without having a theatrical release. Aha Video will stream it from May 17th (the coming Friday).
A star daughter’s career hinges on the popularity of this movie. We are talking about Shivani Rajasekhar, the talented daughter of the Rajasekhar-Jeevitha duo. ‘Adbhutham’, which was released in 2021 on Disney Plus Hotstar, didn’t boost her career. One hopes ‘Vidya Vasula Aham’ will do what ‘Adbhutham’ couldn’t.
The film has Rahul Vijay of ‘Kota Bommali PS’ fame playing Shivani’s romantic pair. Produced by Navya Mahesh, Ranjith Kumar Kodali, and Chandana Katta, ‘VVA’ also features Avasarala Srinivas, Abhinaya, Srinivas Reddy, Tanikella Bharani, Mounika Reddy, Ravi Varma, Kashi Vishwanath and others.
Directed by Manikanth Gelli, it is produced by Eternity Entertainment.
