Daaku Maharaaj, a highly anticipated film starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, is set for a grand release on January 12, 2025, during the Sankranti season. Produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas, the film features Shraddha Srinath, Urvashi Rautela, Bobby Deol, and Chandini Chowdary in key roles. Music is composed by Thaman, and the film is expected to captivate audiences with stunning visuals and powerful performances.

At a recent press meet, Naga Vamsi addressed the controversy surrounding ticket price hikes and special shows. The Telangana government, following the unfortunate stampede during the Pushpa 2: The Rule event, has denied permissions for ticket hikes and benefit shows. Naga Vamsi stated that the matter would be discussed with Dil Raju, the Film Development Corporation (FDC) President, after his return from the US. He added that Game Changer, another major release by Dil Raju, is scheduled before Daaku Maharaaj, and further decisions will be made collectively by the producers.

Naga Vamsi emphasized that Sankranti releases don’t need previews or premieres the night before. He suggested that early morning shows starting at 4:30 AM on release day would suffice to meet audience demand.

Naga Vamsi’s Response to AP Deputy CM’s Invite

Naga Vamsi also addressed the Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s recent invite to the Telugu Film Industry to invest and relocate to Andhra Pradesh. Vamsi clarified that he has no plans to move to AP, stating, “I’ve built my home in Hyderabad and cannot relocate just like that.” He expressed hope that Pawan Kalyan would continue supporting the industry as promised.

Bobby’s Experience with Balakrishna

When asked about his experience working with Balakrishna, Bobby Deol, a self-confessed Chiranjeevi fan, faced some teasing questions. However, Naga Vamsi intervened, stating, “As a Balayya fan, I believe Bobby has elevated Daaku Maharaaj even beyond Waltair Veerayya. Fans will witness the magic on-screen.” This bold comment has already sparked discussions on social media.

With excitement building, Daaku Maharaaj promises to be a visual treat and a perfect Sankranti entertainer. Fans eagerly await more updates!
