Actor Sumanth, who comes from the Akkineni family, is making his OTT debut this year. ‘Anaganaga’ is the title of his upcoming web original. To be streamed on ETV Win, it is directed by Sunny Sanjay.
Its Glimpse video was released on September 5th, marking Teachers’ Day. “As children, we were told a lot of stories. Shall we revisit those stories now?” the makers wrote on social media. Sumanth, who has not been doing films quite often, plays a teacher in the film.
Gaddam Rakesh Reddy, Pavan Kumar Pappula, Satya Prashanth, and Bhagyaraj are associated with the project in different capacities.
Sumanth was last seen in Dhanush-starrer ‘SIR’. In 2022, he was seen in a supporting role in ‘Sita Ramam’. ‘Malli Modalaindi’ (a ZEE5 Original) and ‘Kapatadhaari’ were released in 2021 and 2022, respectively. He played ANR in ‘NTR: Kathanayakudu’ and ‘NTR: Mahanayakudu’.
