Speculation surrounding actors Dhanush and Mrunal Thakur has once again grabbed attention, with fresh rumours suggesting the duo might tie the knot on Valentine’s Day. Although similar reports had surfaced earlier and were dismissed by Mrunal Thakur via Instagram, the buzz recently resurfaced online.

Putting an end to the speculation, Mrunal Thakur’s team has now issued a clarification, firmly denying the rumours. They have termed the reports as completely baseless and stressed that the claims circulating on social media are purely speculative.

Dhanush, meanwhile, has chosen to remain silent on the matter and is currently focused on his professional commitments. His film Tere Ishq Mein is all set for its OTT premiere this weekend, and he is also occupied with several other projects, including Kara.

On the work front, Mrunal Thakur continues to stay busy with multiple films. Her upcoming project Dacoit, co-starring Adivi Sesh, is currently under production and is scheduled for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026.
