Pawan Kalyan, the popular actor and Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is currently fighting a viral fever. He has been suffering for the past four days and continues to endure high fever and persistent coughing. Fans are worried about him, especially as he celebrates a career-high moment with the success of his latest film, They Call Him OG.
Jana Sena Party stated that Pawan Kalyan has been receiving treatment at Mangalagiri. “The fever’s severity has not reduced despite treatment. He experiences discomfort due to continuous coughing,” the party said. Following doctors’ advice, he will travel to Hyderabad today to undergo medical tests and treatment.
Fever Triggered During Pre-Release Event
Pawan Kalyan caught the fever during the pre-release event of OG at LB Stadium, Hyderabad. Heavy rain disrupted the event, and the actor stood in the downpour for a long time while addressing fans. Thousands of fans attended, but the rain forced many to leave disappointed.
Despite feeling unwell, Pawan Kalyan attended the Andhra Pradesh Assembly session the next day, which worsened his condition. On Thursday, he skipped an official event where he planned to join Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in distributing appointment letters to teachers selected through the Mega District Selection Committee (DSC). He congratulated the newly recruited teachers directly through his social media account.
Leaders and Fans Send Speedy Recovery Wishes
Soon after his office shared the update, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu wished Pawan Kalyan a “full and speedy recovery” and expressed hope that he would soon return to serve the people and enjoy his film’s success. Pawan Kalyan thanked the Chief Minister for the kind wishes. Governor S A Nazeer and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh also sent messages wishing him a speedy recovery.
