‘Suraapanam’, which was released in theatres in 2023, is written and directed by Sampath Kumar. Led by actors Sampath Kumar, Pragna Nayan, Ajay Ghosh, Surya, Fish Venkat, Laxman Meesala, and Chammak Chandra, the film is currently available on OTT.

What is the film about? Shiva (Sampath Kumar), a petty thief in a Telangana village, accidentally discovers a box containing an idol of Lord Shiva and a small bottle of liquid. After he consumes the solution, the image of Lord Shiva vanishes. What befalls Shiva after drinking the liquid? That’s what the film is about.
‘Pushpa’ and ‘Rangasthalam’ fame Ajay Ghosh has a prominent part in the film. Fish Venkat and ‘RX 100’ fame Laxman Meesala are among two of the familiar actors. ‘Jabardasth’ fame Chammak Chandra is also seen.

ETV Win is also making ‘Leela Vinodham’ with Shanmukh Jaswanth in the lead. Goparaju Ramana, Aamani, and Rupa Lakshmi, each of whom is a movie artist, are playing important roles. Its release date is yet to be announced.
The OTT platform is going to stream ‘Sopathulu’ from September 19th.
