Telugu superstar Ram Charan is gearing up for the next major schedule of his upcoming film, RC16, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The movie, touted to be a sports drama, also stars Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role. The latest update confirms that the makers have successfully secured all the necessary permissions to shoot at iconic locations in New Delhi—the Parliament and Jama Masjid—in April.
Parliament and Jama Masjid Shoot Planned for April
Despite earlier reports speculating that filming had already taken place, the fresh update clarifies that the RC16 team is yet to shoot at Parliament and Jama Masjid. The schedule is officially set for April, with filming at Parliament expected to begin first. After that, the scenes at Jama Masjid might be filmed. Before heading to Delhi, the team plans to wrap up a brief schedule on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
RC16’s Previous Shooting Schedule in Mysore
RC16 kicked off its first schedule in Mysore in November last year. The upcoming phase will capture Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor filming across various parts of Delhi, adding a realistic and visually rich touch to the sports-centric drama.
Grand Production and AR Rahman’s Music
The film, produced on a massive scale by Vriddhi Cinemas, with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings as presenters, promises to be a cinematic spectacle. With AR Rahman onboard as the music composer, fans can expect a powerful and emotive soundtrack.
