The company, known for producing blockbuster films, has been expanding into Kollywood with its upcoming film Good Bad Ugly featuring Ajith Kumar, set for release on April 10. Reports suggest that Ajith received his highest career remuneration for this film, signaling Mythri’s strong commitment to Tamil cinema.
The upcoming project with Pradeep Ranganathan is expected to be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, further extending Mythri’s influence in South Indian cinema. The film will reportedly be directed by a newcomer, and interestingly, the deal was finalized even before Dragon hit theaters. Now, with Dragon turning into a massive success, Mythri Movie Makers is planning something grand for Pradeep’s next venture.
Current and Future Projects
Currently, Pradeep is working on LIK (Love Insurance Kompany), directed by Vignesh Shivan. This project is scheduled for a Summer 2025 release. His film with Mythri Movie Makers will commence only after the completion of LIK.
