Icon Star Allu Arjun has once again proven his compassion by stepping up for mentally challenged Durga from Kadimpalli village. Orphaned after losing her father in the devastating Baanasancha fireworks factory fire in Kakinada district, Durga now has a lifelong supporter.

Tragic Loss in Vetlapalem Blast

The February 28 incident at the Vetlapalem fireworks factory claimed Durga’s father, Kadimpalli Dhanaraju, leaving her alone her mother had passed away years earlier from illness. Dhanaraju had been her sole caretaker, carefully tending to her needs despite her mental challenges. With no one left to even feed her, Durga’s plight moved an entire community and caught Allu Arjun’s attention via social media.

₹7,500 Monthly Lifelong Support

Allu Arjun swiftly coordinated through producer Bunny Vasu and his Bunny Fans Association representatives, who visited Vetlapalem to assess her situation firsthand. Deeply touched, he announced ₹7,500 deposited monthly into her bank account for life to cover nutrition, care, and daily needs. Fans Association General Secretary Bolishetty Sagar confirmed the arrangement, praising Arjun’s big-hearted response.
