‘Demonte Colony 2’ will arrive on ZEE5 following on September 27th. The film is a sequel to the 7-year-old ‘Demonte Colony’.
Directed by R Ajay Gnanamuthu, the film stars Arulnithi in a dual role. Priya Bhavani Shankar has another leading role in the movie. “The overwhelming love and enthusiasm from audiences in theatres have been truly gratifying, and I am excited to expand this experience to a global audience through ZEE5,” Ajay has been quoted as saying.
ZEE5 described the supernatural horror thriller as spine-chilling and haunting.
In our review of ‘Demonte Colony 2’, we wrote that the film’s background score by Sam CS is very loud. “We often experience more silence in horror cinema. But, Sam CS’s score is a non-stop banger to your ears with bass-y thumps at almost every minute. The songs to emotionalise the deaths are not overdrawn. The songs go away the moment the point of the song has been made. The songs neither distract nor attract,” we opined.

The film’s cinematography is by Harish Kannan. It is edited by Kumaresh D. Archana Ravichandran, Tsering Dorjee, Arun Pandian and others played different roles.
