Shankar-directed ‘Game Changer’ is slated for a pre-Christmas release this year. On Thursday (August 29th), unexpectedly, a major sequel locked its release date, coinciding with that of Ram Charan’s movie.
Tamil director Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vidudala 2’ (‘Viduthalai Part 2’ in Tamil) will arrive at the cinemas on December 20, mainly in Telugu and Tamil. Starring Vijay Sethupathi and Soori in lead roles, the film is produced by Elred Kumar under the RS Infotainment banner.
‘Vidudala 2’ won’t stand a chance against ‘Game Changer’ in Telugu. However, at the Tamil box-office, the competition is going to be notable. ‘Game Changer’ might not find adequate number of theaters in Tamil Nadu.
‘Vidudala 2’ also features Bhavani Sri, Rajiv Menon, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Chetan, Manju Warrier, and Anurag Kashyap. Its music is by Ilaiyaraaja.
