Vijayendra Prasad, the writer of blockbusters like Bahubali and RRR, is set to make a heavy budgeted movie on Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) with the estimated budget of Rs. 450 Crores.
It is rumoured that a corporate house in Mumbai is financing the movie, according to the news report published by Deccan Chronicle. Most likely the film will have a Pan-India scale heavy star casting. Earlier it was rumoured that it will be a web series. But, the recent announcements indicate a large-scale feature length movie.
It is still unclear whether his son SS Rajamouli will direct this movie. “First of all, I don’t know whether that would be possible, because I’m not sure if my father has written this script for some other organisation, people, or producer.”, said SS Rajamouli in an Interview with India Today in February, 2023.
Vijayendra Prasad had earlier worked on Hindi projects, including blockbuster Bhairangi Bhairaan and Manikarnika. His upcoming films include a series of mythological movies, Sita: The Incarnation, Aparaajitha Ayodhya, and Pawan Putra Bhaijaan.
