‘Brinda’ will start streaming on SonyLIV on August 2. The pan-Indian release is led by Trisha Krishnan, given it is a female-led narrative. Also featuring Indrajith Sukumaran, Jaya Prakash, Aamani, Ravindra Vijay, Anand Sami, and Rakendu Mouli, it is written and directed by Surya Manoj Vangala.
In a Teaser from the OTT platform, we see a male voice telling the titular character to fight to retain the goodness within her. “We may enter an evil world. But when we leave it, we must make sure it is a better place,” he says.
Adding Advertising LLP’s Kolla Ashish has worked with composer Shakti Kanth Karthik and Production Designer Avinash Kolla, among others. The cinematography is done by Dinesh K Babu. Edited by Anwar Ali, its screenplay is co-written by Padmavathi Malladi. Jay Krishna has penned the dialogue.
The series will stream in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, and Bengali.
