‘The Mystery of Moksha Island’ Trailer: This Disney Plus Hotstar original is promising!

‘The Mystery of Moksha Island’ is all set to stream on Disney Plus Hotstar from September 20th. A mystery thriller with horror plot elements, this one is produced by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta of ‘Dookudu’ fame. Director Anish Kuruvilla (he has been an actor and has previously directed ‘Ko Ante Koti’ with Sharwanand in the lead) is joined by writers Prasant Varma and Sanjeev Roy.

The Trailer shows Moksha Island as a private property somewhere in the Nicobar Islands. A host of characters, who are supposed heirs to the Island, are invited to the place. Much to their shock, creepy incidents torture them. What explains the strangeness? That’s something the Trailer teases the audience about.

Bollywood actor Ashutosh Rana has a frightening role. Priya Anand, Nandu, Sonia Agarwal, Tejaswi Madiwada, Pavani Reddy, Sudha, Bhanu Chander, Raj Tirandasu, Ajay Kathurvar, and Akshara Gowda have different roles.

With cinematography by Naveen Yadav, the show has music by Shakthikanth Karthik. Edited by Umair Hasan and Faiz Rai, its art direction is done by Srikanth Ramisetty and Remiyan.
