The next project for Kollywood actor Thalapathy Vijay is Lokesh Kanagaraj’s action comedy “Leo.” The eagerly anticipated movie will hit theaters around October 19, 2023. The initial track from the movie, “Naa Ready,” which was just released by Anirudh Ravichander, earned a lot of great reviews.
On social media, rumors that a complaint has been filed in opposition to the public figure under the legislation known as the Narcotics Control Act are now trending. According to these rumors, Vijay was sued over the song’s endorsement of smoking and drinking. On the other side, Vijay’s followers are sticking out for him and claiming that the incident is only an instance from a movie. In the meanwhile, Vijay and his group have made the decision to remain silent.
A complaint was made against the team by an activist named RTI Selvam over the Naa Ready song’s promotion of drug usage and disorderliness. The activist from Korukkuppettai in Chennai has criticized Vijay and the makers of the Leo movie for promoting smoking and drinking in the musical number Naa Ready. He presented the paperwork online on June 25 and his case was filed on June 26.
Selvam claimed in his lawsuit that Vijay engages in smoking and drinking, and that a few words in the track “Naa Ready” promote drug use and disorderly conduct. The Times of India reports that Selvam also said in the police report that he would take legal action against Vijay.
