According to RGV, the story draws inspiration from the Mumbai Police’s special squad that took on the city’s underworld during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

The film will reportedly focus on Daya Nayak, one of the most prominent members of the squad. Harshvardhan Rane is set to portray the character, marking an interesting collaboration between the actor and RGV.
