Prabhas’ Spirit Shooting on Track with Music Wrapped Up

Prabhas’ much-awaited action film Spirit continues to move forward exactly as planned. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for Animal and Arjun Reddy, recently completed the music composition work for the film, marking a major step in pre-production. Composer Harshavardhan Rameshwar, who earlier delivered impactful scores for Animal and Arjun Reddy, created the music for this project. The team has now geared up to begin shooting in the second week of September 2025.

Music Finalised Ahead of Schedule

Sandeep Reddy Vanga has already locked the full music track for Spirit, even before the filming starts. Harshavardhan Rameshwar composed music that carries powerful emotional tones and energetic background scores. Industry insiders believe the soundtrack has the potential to become a musical blockbuster, even though the makers haven’t released an official statement yet.

Prabhas to Perform His Own Stunts

In Spirit, Prabhas plays a fierce police officer, a role that differs greatly from his recent performances. He is currently training to build a leaner, sharper look, following Vanga’s guidance. The film includes several high-intensity action scenes, and Prabhas himself will perform most of the stunts. His dedication to this physical transformation has sparked major excitement among fans.

High Stakes and Grand Scale Production

T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures are producing Spirit on a grand scale. The team took over six months to develop the script and has nearly completed the casting process. The crew is working tirelessly to meet their goal of a 2027 theatrical release. After completing Spirit, Sandeep Reddy Vanga plans to begin writing his next big project, Animal Park.

Cast and Latest Changes

Initially, the makers considered Deepika Padukone for the female lead. However, she exited the project after negotiations failed. Triptii Dimri later joined the cast and now gears up to make her Telugu film debut with Spirit. The makers have not yet revealed the remaining cast members but will likely share updates soon.

What’s Next for Prabhas

Before Spirit hits the screens, Prabhas will return in The Raja Saab, a horror comedy directed by Maruthi, scheduled to release on December 5, 2025. He also appeared briefly but memorably in Kannappa, which starred Vishnu Manchu.

With strong direction, a unique storyline, and Prabhas taking on a powerful new avatar, Spirit stands out as one of the most exciting upcoming films in Indian cinema. Fans can look forward to a gripping action drama filled with energy, emotion, and electrifying performances.
