‘Dear Nanna’, starring Chaitanya Rao Madadi and Surya Kumar Bhagvandas as a son-father duo, will stream on Aha Video from June 14th (Friday). “A heartwarming tale of love, life, and legacy,” the makers wrote, unveiling its trailer.
Surya, recently seen in films like ‘Waltair Veerayya’ and ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’, plays the principled owner of a medical shop. As Covid-19 strikes, his old age puts him in a vulnerable position. If he keeps the shop open, he risks contracting the coronavirus. If he doesn’t, he will have reneged on his duty to serve those in need of medicines. Chaitanya Rao plays his concerned son. The interactions between the duo seem to be the cornerstone of ‘Dear Nanna’.
Yashna Chowdary has a key role. Shashank of ‘Aithe’ fame, too, is part of the cast.
Chaitanya Rao was recently seen in films like ‘Keedaa Cola’, ‘Annapoorna Photo Studio’, ‘Mukhachitram’, and ‘Sharathulu Varthisthai’.
