Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan once again showcased his compassionate side by fulfilling the final wish of a young fan battling a rare terminal illness.
The Jana Sena Party chief visited Hanumakonda, Telangana, on Wednesday to meet 17-year-old Niranjan, a devoted admirer who has been fighting a rare genetic disorder known as DND. Confined to bed and unable to move, Niranjan had expressed a heartfelt wish to meet Pawan Kalyan in person.
Upon learning about the boy’s condition through Telangana Jana Sena leaders, Pawan personally travelled to Niranjan’s residence in Hanuman Nagar, Hanumakonda. The emotional meeting brought immense joy to the teenager and his family.
During the visit, Pawan spent time interacting with Niranjan and his parents, Ponugoti Rangopal and Manasa. He enquired about the youngster’s health condition and offered words of encouragement and support. In a touching gesture, the Deputy Chief Minister also provided financial assistance to help the family and presented sacred prasadam.
The visit highlighted Pawan Kalyan’s commitment to connecting with people beyond politics and public life. His decision to personally honour the young fan’s wish has drawn widespread appreciation from supporters and the public alike.
Interestingly, during his previous visit to Hyderabad, Pawan Kalyan had faced issues regarding permissions for a public event. However, this time, authorities reportedly extended full cooperation, enabling him to carry out this noble and emotional gesture without any hurdles.
The heartwarming act has once again reinforced why Pawan Kalyan enjoys immense popularity among people of all age groups, not only as a political leader but also as a person known for his empathy and humanity.
