Vishwak Sen to play a woman in upcoming film ‘Laila’ – Deets inside

Vishwak Sen today started shooting for ‘Laila’ much before the release of his next, ‘Mechanic Rocky’. The actor will be seen in the get-up of a woman in this Ram Narayan-directed entertainer, whose release date has been revealed.

What do we know about the project so far? Let’s find out:

1. The film commences its production today. The shoot is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
2. It’s a romantic action entertainer produced by Sahu Garapati of ‘Majili’ and ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ fame and directed by newcomer Ram Narayan.
3. Mark your calendars for Valentine’s Day 2025 because that’s when ‘Laila’ hits theaters!
4. Newcomer Akanksha Sharma is the female lead. Music is by Bollywood’s Tanishk Bagchi of ‘Liger’ fame and Kollywood’s Ghibran.
5. The film is co-written by Vasudeva Murthy and has cinematography by Richard Prasad.
