Apart from its gripping action and unexpected thrills, Victory Venkatesh’s prestigious 75th film, ‘Saindhav’, directed by the renowned Sailesh Kolanu of HITverse fame, promises a significant emotional quotient. The core strength lies in the portrayal of the father-daughter bond. The recently unveiled second single offered a glimpse into the protagonist’s family harmony, while the latest release, “Bujjikondave,” delves deeper into the emotional dynamics of the father-daughter relationship.
It appears that Venkatesh’s on-screen daughter is grappling with a health issue, placing him in deeply distressing situations that every father would understand. However, he masks his own emotions, aiming to shield his daughter from further emotional strain. This soul-stirring journey involves Shraddha Srinath, who plays a crucial role in the narrative, extending maternal care despite not being the girl’s biological mother.
Maestro Santosh Narayanan, known for his prowess in creating poignant melodies, has composed a touching tune perfectly suited for the song’s scenario. The poignant lines penned by Saraswati Putra Ramajogayya Sastry are complemented by the soulful rendition of SP Charan, intensifying the emotional depth of the track.
Produced by Venkat Boyanapalli under the Niharika Entertainment banner, ‘Saindhav’ boasts cinematography by S. Manikandan, with Avinash Kolla as the Production Designer and Garry BH as the editor.
Joining the cast alongside Venkatesh Daggubati and Ssara Palekar are Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Arya, Shraddha Srinath, Ruhani Sharma, Andrea Jeremiah, and Jayaprakash, each playing pivotal roles. Kishore Thallur serves as the co-producer.
‘Saindhav’ is set for a multi-lingual release across all South Indian languages and Hindi on January 13th, 2024.
