 Produced by Bunny Vasu under the Geetha Arts banner, this high-budget film marks a significant milestone for Naga Chaitanya, and the launch event was attended by prominent figures including King Nagarjuna and Victory Venkatesh along with numerous film celebrities.

Nagarjuna initiated the muhurtham shot, Venkatesh clapped the board, and Allu Aravind handed the script to the director, symbolizing the commencement of this exciting cinematic venture. Allu Aravind expressed gratitude to Nagarjuna and Venkatesh for gracing the occasion, highlighting the journey that began one and a half years ago with the inception of Thandel. The film brings together the director and hero, Chandoo Mondeti and Naga Chaitanya, for the third time. Allu Aravind praised their patience and dedication to realizing the vision of Thandel.

Chandoo Mondeti shared insights into the project, emphasizing the collaborative effort and the support received within the production house. Sai Pallavi, expressing her joy at being part of the event after a year, highlighted the positive atmosphere and the shared vision of the director, writer, and producers for Thandel. Naga Chaitanya expressed his happiness at the successful completion of the puja ceremony, recounting the extensive pre-production process and collaborative planning that went into the film.

Bunny Vasu, emphasizing the special significance of the script for Geetha Arts, acknowledged the meticulous research done for the film. He commended Chandoo for reshaping the movie and highlighted Naga Chaitanya’s dedication to his role as a fisherman. Naga Chaitanya, undergoing an intense physical transformation, shared his excitement about the project and the collaboration with Sai Pallavi. The film, set against the backdrop of real incidents, features a love story in a unique setting, with the team aiming to start shooting after December 15th.

The film boasts a talented crew, with National Award-winning composer Devi Sri Prasad handling the music, Shamdat as the cinematographer, and National Award-winning Editor Navin Nooli taking charge of editing. Srinagendra Tangala will oversee the art department, ensuring the movie’s visual and auditory elements contribute to an exceptional cinematic experience.
