The long-awaited film Spirit, starring Prabhas and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is all set to begin shooting in September 2025. However, Prabhas won’t be a part of the shoot from day one. Fresh reports confirm that while the filming starts on schedule, Prabhas will join the shoot only in November 2025 due to prior commitments. Why Prabhas Will Join Spirit Late

Prabhas is currently working on Hanu Raghavapudi’s Fauji, a patriotic drama, which is unlikely to finish before September. Alongside that, he’s also completing The Raja Saab, a horror-comedy directed by Maruthi, which still has major portions pending, including three songs and one action sequence. These two projects will keep him busy till at least October 2025, which is why he can only join the Spirit shoot from November.

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga wants to shoot Spirit in one continuous stretch. His main aim is to keep Prabhas deeply connected to the character without long gaps. But with Prabhas’ current schedule, there’s a high chance that the shoot will be split into multiple phases.
