Hero Akash about Sarkaaru Naukri film

The film marks the debut of Akash, the son of the renowned singer Sunita, who stars alongside Bhavana in the movie. Produced by director Raghavendra Rao under the banner of RK Tele Show and helmed by director Gangnamoni Shekhar, “Sarkaaru Naukri” is set for a grand theatrical release on January 1, coinciding with the New Year celebrations. Akash, as part of the film’s promotional activities, shared insights into the movie’s highlights.

Reflecting on his journey into acting, Akash revealed his early passion for the craft, nurtured since childhood. Despite hailing from a family of artists, particularly admiring Chiranjeevi’s movies, he embarked on his acting pursuit after completing his studies in Delhi, conveying his aspirations to his mother. He recounted her understanding and support for his decision.

After undergoing an acting course at the Mayukha Institute of Utkej and networking with young talents, director Shekhar presented the storyline of “Sarkaaru Noukari.” Akash, along with his mother, was intrigued by the narrative’s content-driven approach. He aimed for a film not confined to a specific genre but one that resonated with strong storytelling.

The movie tackles the 90s era, amid the AIDS epidemic, focusing on the challenges faced by government employees striving to spread awareness about AIDS and condom usage in rural areas. Drawing inspiration from real events, the director crafted a narrative showcasing the protagonist’s dedication and the societal response to such critical issues.

Akash emphasized that “Sarkaaru Noukari” blends emotion, entertainment, and a vital message, steering away from being solely a message-driven movie. His character embodies ethical work practices and aims to raise awareness, exploring how his relationships navigate through his unconventional profession.

The actor highlighted the film’s relevance in depicting societal responses to issues like AIDS awareness, akin to the success of Akshay Kumar’s “Pad Man” addressing menstrual hygiene despite the subject being now widely acknowledged.

For Akash, “Sarkaaru Noukari” presents the ideal platform to showcase his acting prowess, with a character that encapsulates diverse emotions. He expressed aspirations to explore commercial cinema as well.

Acknowledging the honor of being launched by director Raghavendra Rao, Akash shared sentiments of gratitude and emotion, emphasizing the immense pride in working alongside stalwarts like Raghavendra Rao and Tanikella Bharani. He remains eager for the audience’s recognition of his acting capabilities and hopes for the movie’s success, as he considers various scripts for potential future projects.
