Pushpa 2: The Rule – Allu Arjun Steps Up Promotions for Japanese Release

Icon Star Allu Arjun created a PAN-India sensation with Pushpa 2: The Rule, which went on to script history at the box office. The film amassed a staggering Rs. 1800+ crore gross worldwide during its theatrical run. Its Hindi version, in particular, turned into a phenomenon, raking in over Rs. 800 crore nett.

After conquering Indian markets, the mega blockbuster is now gearing up for its grand release in Japan on January 16, 2026. Recently, the makers launched the Japanese trailer, which has generated strong buzz among moviegoers there. As part of the promotions, Allu Arjun is actively engaging with the Japanese audience through a series of back-to-back media interactions. Leading lady Rashmika Mandanna is also joining him in promoting the dubbed version of the film.

In Japan, Pushpa 2: The Rule will be distributed by Geek Pictures in association with Shochiku. The film also features powerful performances by Fahadh Faasil, Rao Ramesh, Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and Sunil in key roles. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the action spectacle boasts a chart-topping soundtrack composed by Devi Sri Prasad, with an additional background score by Sam CS.
