Storyline

Set in 1950s Madras, Kaantha follows Aiyya (Samuthirakani), a filmmaker who discovers T.K. Mahadevan (Dulquer Salmaan) and transforms him into a celebrated star. What begins as artistic partnership slowly turns into ego battles and emotional collapse.

The project changes from Shantha to Kaantha, creating friction among the crew and fans. Actress Rajakumari (Bhagyashree Borse) becomes a key emotional anchor, while Phoenix (Rana Daggubati) adds pressure with his intense presence.
