Prime Minister Narendra Modi has declared that India will strike back hard at anyone who dares to threaten the nation’s pride and safety. Following the brutal Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, where terrorists killed 26 civilians, PM Modi gave the Indian Armed Forces full freedom to eliminate terrorists and destroy their bases across the border. This swift and bold response, Operation Sindoor, targeted major terror hubs inside Pakistan and sent a strong signal to enemies.
PM Modi Sends a Bold Message After Pahalgam Attack
In a national address, PM Modi confirmed that he ordered the military to launch immediate and powerful action after the Pahalgam attack. He gave them complete authority over the timing, strategy, and choice of targets. “Terrorists wiped the sindoor off the foreheads of our mothers and sisters… so India reduced their terror headquarters to rubble,” he said, delivering a message filled with emotion and resolve.
India Launches Operation Sindoor: Terror Camps Flattened
Under Operation Sindoor, Indian forces carried out drone and missile strikes deep inside Pakistan. They targeted terror hubs in Bahawalpur and Muridke, known breeding grounds for terrorism. Indian missiles and drones destroyed terror bases and damaged key Pakistani airbases, leaving Pakistan shocked and unprepared.
Within just three days, Indian forces eliminated over 100 top terrorists. PM Modi saluted the courage of the armed forces, intelligence agencies, and scientists who made this mission a success. “Operation Sindoor stands as a symbol of India’s spirit and commitment to justice,” he said.
Pakistan Tries to Hit Back, Fails Miserably
Pakistan tried to retaliate by attacking civilian areas and religious places in India. But India’s defence system intercepted and destroyed their missiles and drones in mid-air, stopping any damage. On May 10, Pakistan’s army requested a ceasefire, unable to handle India’s superior response.
PM Modi confirmed that India has temporarily paused its strikes, but he made it clear that India will closely monitor Pakistan’s actions. “We are not stepping back; we are measuring their next move,” he added.
India Dares Nuclear Threats
Addressing Pakistan’s nuclear threats, PM Modi firmly stated that India won’t tolerate nuclear blackmail. He said, “If terrorists hide behind nuclear threats, we will still strike them down with precision. India will always protect its people without hesitation.”
