Kannada superstar Yash’s upcoming pan-India film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups continues to generate massive anticipation despite its release being a few weeks away. After facing multiple delays, the film is finally set for a grand worldwide release on August 26, 2026.

The latest wave of excitement comes from Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi, who plays a pivotal role in the film. During a recent interview, Huma opened up about her experience of working with Yash, calling it one of the most inspiring collaborations of her career.

She revealed that she became an even bigger admirer of Yash after witnessing his dedication on set. According to Huma, while audiences see him as a superstar, it is his commitment, attention to detail, and passion for every scene that truly stand out during the filmmaking process.

However, it was her comments about Toxic’s visuals that grabbed the most attention. Huma said she recently watched an 8–9 minute final cut from the film and described it as unlike anything she has ever seen in her career.

“I have never experienced visuals like these before. Audiences are going to be genuinely surprised when they watch the film in theatres,” she reportedly said, adding that Yash has elevated himself to an entirely new level with Toxic.

Her remarks have further strengthened the growing buzz surrounding the film. Earlier this year, a nine-minute preview of Toxic was showcased at CinemaCon 2026, where it reportedly received an enthusiastic response from international attendees. Reports also suggest that the makers are focusing heavily on global distribution to ensure the film reaches audiences worldwide.

Directed by acclaimed Malayalam filmmaker Geethu Mohandas, Toxic features an impressive ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Rukmini Vasanth, Tara Sutaria, Sanjeeda Shaikh, and Akshay Oberoi.

With its lavish production values, international-scale visuals, and Yash’s striking new avatar, Toxic has already emerged as one of the most awaited Indian films of 2026. Now, with Huma Qureshi praising its visual presentation so strongly, fans are eagerly waiting for the trailer to see if it lives up to the growing expectations.
