Amidst a flurry of ongoing projects, young hero Karthik Raju is not slowing down, as he kicks off another venture titled ‘Hasthina Puram.’ Produced by Kasu Ramesh under Kasu Creations, the film, helmed by director Raja Gandrothu, was inaugurated with a grand pooja ceremony at Film Nagar Daiva Sannidhanam.
The first shot was initiated by Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao, who also clapped the clapboard, while Vamsi Nandipati, a renowned producer, officially switched on the camera. The script for this promising project was handed over by director VN Aditya.
Expressing his journey from being Karthik Raju’s makeup man and manager to becoming a producer, Kasu Ramesh stated, “Our director Raja, who previously assisted star director VV Vinayak, has crafted a compelling story that motivated us to bring it to life on the silver screen. We request your encouragement for our film.”
Director Bhimaneni Srinivas shared, “Karthik Raju and Nisha will lead as the hero and heroine, respectively. Raja is making his directorial debut with this project. Following the success of ‘Kausalya Krishnamurthy,’ Karthik Raju has earned a good reputation, and ‘Atharva’ is anticipated to be another noteworthy addition. I’ve had the privilege of watching it and wish for the success of ‘Hasthina Puram’ as well.”
VN Aditya, looking forward to next Valentine’s Day, revealed, “I directed a love story with Karthik Raju after witnessing his performance in ‘Kausalya Krishnamurthy.’ ‘Atharva’ is set to redefine his image, and I hope ‘Hasthina Puram’ achieves similar success.”
Hero Karthik Raju conveyed, ” ‘Hasthina Puram’ brings forth a novel concept, deviating from the conventional. Our director has intricately crafted the story, and our music director, Anudeep, has already gained attention with a trending Hanuman song.
