The prestigious Gamma Tollywood Movie Awards are set to dazzle Dubai once again on March 3, 2024! The Gamma Awards, known for their grandeur, have become a trend in the history of Gulf Telugu Cine Awards. This year’s event promises to be even more spectacular, featuring National Award Winner Icon Star Allu Arjun as the special guest to present the “Gamma National Icon Award.”
Telugu icon star “Sri Allu Arjun,” who made history by receiving the National Award for Best Actor and achieving record-breaking collections in Telugu cinema, will be honored on the Dubai Gamma stage amid a multitude of Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam movie enthusiasts, as expressed by Mr. Kesari Trimurtulu, Chairman of Gamma Awards.
The Gamma Awards program in Dubai on March 3, 2024, will witness the presence of numerous celebrities from the Telugu film industry. The prestigious awards will recognize the best films, actors, directors, and musicians from 2021, 2022, and 2023. Saurabh Kesari, CEO of Gamma Awards, expressed joy in telecasting the event on ETV.
The chief guests for the program include renowned directors such as Sukumar (Pushpa), Bobby (Waltheru Veeraiah), Buchibabu Sana (Uppena), Mega Brother Nagababu, director V. N. Aditya, producers Naveen from Mythri Movie Makers, Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt from Vyjayanthi Movies, DVV Danaiah (RRR), TG Vishwaprasad (People Media Factory), Bunny Vasu from Geetha Arts, along with the teams of RRR, Pushpa, Seetharam, and Bhagwant Kesari. Notable music directors and singers, including Dr. Koti, DSP, SS Taman, MM Srilekha, and others, will also grace the event.
The Gamma Awards will feature entertainment programs, including music, dances, and comedy skits, presented by leading Tollywood artists under the management of Anchor Suma and Hyper Adi. The awards ceremony aims to entertain an audience of over 10,000 people, featuring local special entertainment programs in the Gulf.
Jury members and Honorary Advisor noted directors, Mr. VN Aditya, shared that winners in categories like Best Actor (Male, Female), Best Movie Director, Best Music Director, Best Singer (Male, Female), Best Background Score, Best Lyrics, and Best Celebrity Singer, among others, will be decided through online voting, media reports, and the Gamma Jury. The esteemed winners will be honored with Gamma Awards, reflecting the international recognition of Telugu cinema and film music.
Having witnessed three years of success on the Dubai stage, Gamma Awards have previously hosted stars like Baahubali Prabhas, Rana, Tamannaah, Charmi, Lakshmi Manchu, Srikanth, Saikumar, Adi, Sharwanand, Allari Naresh, Ali, and more. This year, the Gamma Awards will pay special honors to the RRR and Pushpa film units, acknowledging their achievements at national and international levels. The “Gamma SPB Golden Voice Award” will be presented to singer Sri Mano, adding an extra layer of prestige to the event. MM Srilekha expressed happiness in organizing the Gamma Awards to give proper recognition to Telugu cinema and film music at the international level, addressing the perceived lack of importance in other cinema awards programs.
