From Feel-Good Films to Fear: MS Raju’s Agadha First Look Grabs Attention

Veteran filmmaker M. S. Raju, widely known for his feel-good entertainers, is stepping into a completely new space with his upcoming film Agadha. Marking his entry into the horror-thriller genre, the project is being crafted as a pan-Indian spectacle, sparking curiosity among audiences.

The recently released first-look poster has already created a buzz. It showcases a woman standing face-to-face with a massive, eerie idol featuring twelve hands hinting at a gripping blend of mythology, divinity, and fear. The film is being described as a mystic divine thriller, promising a unique cinematic experience.

Interestingly, the shoot for Agadha has already been completed, and the film is currently in the post-production stage. While the cast details are yet to be officially revealed, expectations are steadily building around the project.

Produced by Kasi Visalakshi Balusu under the Sri Adi Varaha Productions banner, the film was shot over 85 days across multiple locations, including specially designed sets to enhance its visual appeal.

The makers are emphasizing a grand visual experience, with nearly 45 minutes of VFX set to play a key role in the storytelling. The technical crew includes music composer Mikkin Aruldev and cinematographer Nani Chamidisetty, both contributing to the film’s immersive atmosphere.

Agadha is being prepared for a wide theatrical release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, aiming to deliver a compelling mix of mythology and suspense on a grand pan-Indian scale.
