District Collector Divakar Visits Free Eye Treatment Camp in Mulugu

Mulugu District Collector T. Divakar visited the free eyelid treatment camp organized under the joint supervision of Shankara Nethralaya MESU, Hyderabad, and the Sanjosh Foundation.

During his visit, the Collector interacted with patients who had come from distant areas to receive medical care and inquired about the facilities being provided. He also gave several suggestions to the medical team at the eye examination center to further improve the services.

Speaking on the occasion, Collector Divakar appreciated the initiative of conducting free eye surgery and treatment camps in remote regions, describing it as a commendable service activity. He also praised actor Sanjosh, the founder of Sanjosh Foundation, for his dedication and efforts in organizing such humanitarian programs for the benefit of his hometown.

“Everyone should take inspiration from the noble services being carried out by Sanjosh,” the Collector said.

According to Sanjosh, 590 people have undergone eye examinations so far, and 110 of them have been identified as eligible for surgeries.

The event was attended by Collector Divakar, Sanjosh, Upendra Rachupalli, and other organizers.
