The animation series related to ‘Baahubali’ recently received negative reviews. However, the animation series related to ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has been lapped up by the early viewers. Social media is full of positive reviews.
Most of the viewers have liked the short run time of the episodes. Director Nag Ashwin and his team ensured that the script is tight and there are no draggy sequences. “If the prelude vide can be translated on the big screen, then sky is the limit,” wrote Venky Reviews, who is based in the US.
“The ambition and scale of the universe are evident but what is actually surprising is its funny tone. Loved how lively and funny Bhairava’s character is,” wrote film critic Ram Venkat Srikar. “I had low expectations after that ‘Baahubali’ animation series going wrong, but this is good with Prabhas, Keerthy Suresh and Pashupati giving their own voice,” wrote Deepak Kodela, a BO analyst.
Brahmanandam’s animated persona plays Bhairava’s funny landlord in the series.
