The trailer for Bazooka, starring Malayalam superstar Mammootty and filmmaker-actor Gautham Vasudev Menon, finally dropped, offering fans a glimpse into this stylish action thriller. Deeno Dennis, son of renowned screenwriter Kaloor Dennis, makes his directorial debut with this film, which will hit theatres on April 10, 2025.

The trailer introduces Gautham Menon as ACP Benjamin Joshua, a seasoned cop from Kochi. The narration describes him as a sharp officer leading a highly skilled team. The focus then shifts to Mammootty, who plays the mysterious Vinod Menon, introduced as “Mr Nobody, but definitely somebody.” The voiceover emphasizes his enigmatic nature, stating that calling him a troublemaker would fail to capture his true persona.
The plot teases a gripping game thriller where no clear good or evil sides exist. Instead, the story revolves around a battle for ultimate salvation. The trailer highlights the evolving dynamic between Benjamin and Vinod, who form an unlikely alliance to bring down a daredevil antagonist. Alongside Mammootty and Gautham Menon, the film features a talented ensemble cast, including Babu Antony, Neeta Pillai, Gayathiri Iyer, Divya Pillai, Sharaf U Dheen, Jagadish, Sidharth Bharathan, Iswarya Menon, and Shine Tom Chacko.
Nimish Ravi handles the cinematography, capturing the film’s sleek and stylish visuals. Praveen Prabhakar and the late Nishad Yusuf edited the film with finesse. Dolwin Kuriakose, Jinu V Abraham, Vikram Mehra, and Siddharth Anand Kumar produced the movie, while Suraj Kumar and Sahil S Sharma co-produced it.

The Bazooka team organized a special trailer screening at Thrissur’s Ragam Theatre at 8 pm. They launched the trailer digitally at 8:10 pm, ensuring a grand promotional rollout.
