Varun Tej’s Korean Kanakaraju Trailer Is Pure Madness Horror, Comedy & Action Collide!

The makers of Korean Kanakaraju have unveiled the film’s theatrical trailer, offering a perfect mix of horror, comedy, action, and fantasy. Starring Varun Tej in the lead role and directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, the film is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on August 7, 2026.

The trailer introduces Kanakaraju, a man from Rayalaseema whose life takes an unexpected turn after he becomes possessed by a mysterious Korean spirit. What follows is a series of hilarious misunderstandings as the people around him struggle to communicate with the ghost due to the language barrier, creating plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.

As the mystery deepens, Kanakaraju, played by Varun Tej, joins forces with Ritika Nayak and Satya to travel to South Korea in search of the truth behind the supernatural entity. The Korea-set portions add a fresh dimension to the film, featuring stylish action sequences, thrilling moments, and an intriguing backstory connected to the ghost.
