NBK112 Official Launch: Koratala Siva Directing Balakrishna in a Big-Budget Entertainer

Nandamuri Balakrishna continues to strengthen his lineup with another ambitious big-budget project. While the veteran star is currently busy shooting for NBK111 under the direction of Gopichand Malineni, he has now officially kickstarted NBK112, which will be directed by blockbuster filmmaker Koratala Siva.

The much-awaited project was formally launched today in Amaravati in the presence of Andhra Pradesh ministers Nara Lokesh and Kandula Durgesh, who attended the ceremony as chief guests.

Ahead of the launch event, producer Sudhakar Cherukuri shared exciting details about the film. According to him, NBK112 is being planned as a grand pan-India entertainer and will be mounted on a massive budget ranging between ₹150 crore and ₹200 crore, making it one of the most expensive films in Balakrishna’s career.

The makers are targeting August 2026 to commence principal photography, with plans to release the film during the Summer 2027 season. The announcement officially places NBK112 among the biggest contenders in the highly competitive Summer 2027 box-office race.

The film will be jointly produced by Yuvasudha Arts, while details regarding the cast, music director, and technical crew are expected to be revealed in the coming months.

With the powerful combination of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Koratala Siva coming together for the first time, expectations are already soaring among fans and trade circles alike. More updates on the project are expected soon.
