Ram Charan’s 16th movie is directed by Buchi Babu Sana of ‘Uppena’ fame. The yet-to-be-shot film has received the ringing endorsement of Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi, regarded as one of the best when it comes to judging scripts.
“I know the story of the film. It’s a superb one. I can guarantee you that it’s a super-duper hit in the making,” the ‘Vikram’ actor said about Buchi’s script for the raw and gritty sports drama.
The film is rumouredly titled ‘Peddi’. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, the film has Jahnvi Kapoor as the heroine. Shivarajkumar of Sandalwood has a key role. AR Rahman is its music director.
Sethupathi is currently basking in the glory of his latest hit, ‘Maharaja’. The screenplay-driven action thriller is directed by Nithilan Saminathan. It recently grossed Rs 40 Cr within a few days of its box-office release.
