Venkatesh Trivikram Film Officially Launched in Hyderabad with Pooja Ceremony

The wait is finally over. Superstar Venkatesh Daggubati officially teamed up with ace director Trivikram Srinivas for his next film. The team launched the project on August 15, 2025, in Hyderabad with a traditional pooja ceremony. The event, held on Independence Day, featured Venkatesh, Trivikram, and producers S. Radha Krishna (Chinababu), Naga Vamsi, and Suresh Babu. Suresh Babu switched on the muhurat shot and gave the launch a ceremonial start.

Why This Combo Matters

For the first time, Venkatesh and Trivikram joined hands as actor and director. Their bond, however, started in the early 2000s when Trivikram wrote for Venkatesh’s cult hits Nuvvu Naaku Nachav (2001) and Malleswari (2004). Both films turned into massive family entertainers and shaped Venky’s career. Ever since, fans kept waiting to see the two work together again, this time with Trivikram directing.

Trivikram earned fame as one of Telugu cinema’s most successful directors because he creates films rich with sharp dialogue, humor, and emotions. Venkatesh, on the other hand, entertains audiences with his cool presence and family-friendly image. Haarika & Hassine Creations is producing the movie, marking their eighth collaboration with Trivikram. The banner once again placed its trust in the director’s vision. The team will announce cast and crew details soon. Industry buzz suggests that Thaman or Mickey J. Meyer will score the music. The production team plans to begin regular shooting in the next few months and aims to release the film in summer 2026.
