The Raja Saab: Much-Hyped Prabhas Old Getup Sequence to Be Added From Today

The Raja Saab, starring PAN-India superstar Prabhas, is currently running in theatres. Directed by Maruthi, the horror-fantasy entertainer opened to mixed reviews but still managed an impressive box-office start, collecting over Rs. 100 crores worldwide on its opening day.

Despite the strong opening, the film left fans disappointed over the absence of a much-publicized sequence featuring Prabhas in an old-age getup. This particular portion had been heavily highlighted in promotional material and trailers, creating high expectations among fans. However, to everyone’s surprise, the sequence was missing from the final theatrical cut.

Addressing the issue, the makers have now confirmed that the old getup sequence will be added starting from today’s evening shows. Producer TG Vishwa Prasad revealed that the scene could not be included earlier due to server-related technical issues. Meanwhile, director Maruthi stated that a few scenes from the second half have been trimmed to accommodate the much-awaited portion and enhance the overall viewing experience.

With this latest modification, it remains to be seen whether the inclusion of the old getup sequence will have any impact on audience reception and the film’s box-office performance going forward.
