Success of ‘S99’ Pre-Release Event with Grandeur


The collaborative production of Fireball Pro, “S99,” took center stage, captivating the audience with promises of a unique cinematic experience. The film, boasting excellence in story, screenplays, dialogues, and direction, stars C. Jagan Mohan in the lead role. As the world eagerly awaits its global release on March 1, the pre-release event unfolded with elegance and enthusiasm at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad.

The film, produced by Yateesh Nandini, was officially launched by the head of Prasad Labs, Ramesh Prasad. Adding to the excitement, Director K. Raghavendra Rao unveiled the first teaser, lead actor Murali Mohan revealed the second, and D. Suresh Babu presented the third teaser. The teasers promised a visual and auditory feast, setting the stage for what seems to be an innovative cinematic venture.

Director C. Jagan Mohan addressed the gathering, emphasizing the film’s commitment to providing a fresh and novel experience to regular film enthusiasts. He revealed the challenges faced in casting the main lead, highlighting the need for a distinctive style that some established artists were hesitant to embrace. In the end, the director himself took on the lead role.

“S99” is a visual and sound-based concept film, marked by the team’s experimentation with various color tints. Despite investing only 50% of their expectations, the team achieved a resounding 100% success. Jagan Mohan spoke about the complexities of crime detection, emphasizing the unique character of a monk without a direct history, bringing an intriguing layer to the narrative. The director expressed confidence that the thrilling elements in the film would captivate the audience.

Yateesh Nandini, the producer of the film, shared insights into the journey of making films regularly and the significance of team spirit in filmmaking. She praised Jagan Mohan’s multi-talented contributions that enriched the project, reinforcing the collaborative spirit that led to the film’s creation.

Art Director Dayanand Reddy, who played a negative role in the film, commended Jagan Mohan for his prowess as a basic stage artist and V.F.X. expert. The film promises a new and engaging experience for viewers.

Actress Shweta Varma, who portrayed a Telangana girl and a cab driver in the film, expressed gratitude for the opportunity and acknowledged the challenges faced by both artists and technicians during the film’s production.
