SRK’s Son Aryan Khan in the Spotlight Over a New Issue?

Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, has found himself at the center of yet another controversy. During a recent public event at a pub in Bengaluru, Aryan allegedly made an obscene gesture showing the middle finger which has now escalated into a legal complaint.

Advocate Owaiz Hussain S, a resident of Bengaluru’s Sankey Road, has submitted a formal complaint to multiple authorities, including the DG & IGP, the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner, the DCP (Central Division), the Cubbon Park Police Station Inspector, and the Karnataka State Women’s Commission. According to his complaint, Aryan Khan’s gesture insulted the modesty of the women present at the event.

The advocate further claimed that Aryan’s actions caused public discomfort, embarrassment, and emotional distress. He added that such incidents cast a negative light on Bengaluru as a safe and respectable public environment.

The complaint cites offences under three sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS):

1. Insulting the modesty of a woman
2. Obscene acts in public
3. Acts likely to cause public disorder

Several women who were reportedly at the event stated that Aryan’s gesture was offensive and demanded strict action.

This controversy emerges at a time when Aryan Khan had just begun rebuilding his public image. After being cleared of previous allegations and receiving recognition for his recent creative success with Ba**s of Bollywood, he was gaining respect as an upcoming filmmaker. This new issue, however, threatens to disrupt his momentum as he prepares to expand his career in the film industry.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is also facing criticism as a result of the situation. Many believe it may be time for the superstar to step in and guide his son more directly in managing and rebranding his public image
