‘Simbaa’, which will arrive at the cinemas on August 9th, stars Jagapathi Babu in the role of a green activist and Anasuya Bharadwaj in the role of a conscientious teacher who gets embroiled in a murder case.
Director Murali Manohar has designed its Trailer in such a way that the supernatural element remains a suspense. Director Sampath Nandi of ‘Racha’ and ‘Odela Railway Station’ fame is one of the producers.
While Anasuya comes across as just another woman at first, there is more to her courageous character. Jagapathi’s character seems to be somewhat suspectful.
Gautami and Vasista Simha (recently seen in the film ‘Yevam’) are playing important roles. Divi Vadthya of Bigg Boss Telugu fame has a part.
With music by Krishna Saurabh and cinematography by Krishna Prasad, the film is edited by Tammiraju.
