According to the latest buzz in Tollywood, Saailu Kampati has locked an entirely fresh story and is currently busy with pre-production. If reports are to be believed, Mem Famous actor and filmmaker Sumanth Prabhas is likely to play the lead role in this exciting venture.

Adding to the curiosity is the film’s reported title. Industry sources suggest that the makers are considering Babloo XXL as the title. Interestingly, this collaboration has an unexpected backstory. Saailu Kampati had reportedly narrated the story of Raju Weds Rambai to Sumanth Prabhas before making the film. However, the actor is said to have declined the project at the time, as he had recently appeared in Mem Famous, another film rooted in Telangana, and didn’t want to repeat a similar backdrop immediately.

This time, things seem to have changed. Saailu Kampati reportedly approached Sumanth with a completely new script, and the actor was instantly impressed by the fresh concept. Sources say he has given his approval, making him the strongest contender to headline the project.

Although the upcoming film is once again expected to be set in Telangana, it is said to feature a refreshing love story with brand-new characters, stronger emotional depth, and a distinct narrative that sets it apart from the director’s debut.
