Ranjinikanth’s Kaala gets International Recognition.

Pa. Ranjith’s sophomore film with Ranikanth gets valuable recognition from British Film Institute’s Sight and Sound Magazine. The socio-political film is set in Bombay dealing with the political issues of Dharavi– the largest slum in Asia. 

Sight and Sound Magazine created a list of 25 films that needs to be kept in a ‘time-capsule’ for the audience of next generations across. The other films include David Cronenberg’s A history of Violence and Spilberg’s Artificial Intelligence. You can access the full list here.
