Ram Charan’s Peddi Rolls Out Massive Action Block: Sham Kaushal Leads the Shoot

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s upcoming rural action drama Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, continues to generate tremendous buzz following the impressive first glimpse and the chartbuster “Chikiri Chikri.” Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, with prestigious backing from Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, the film is being made on a massive budget. Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead.

The team is currently filming a crucial, high-voltage fight sequence featuring Ram Charan and several stunt fighters. Kannada Superstar Shiva Rajkumar, who plays a key role in the film, is also participating in this schedule. Renowned Bollywood stunt director Sham Kaushal father of actor Vicky Kaushal and the man behind iconic action in films like Dangal is overseeing this major action block, while Navakanth serves as the stunt master.

Sham Kaushal’s expertise has been brought in specifically for this sequence, which is expected to be one of the most impactful and defining moments of the film. In line with its importance, the makers are executing the sequence on an extraordinary scale.

A massive set, designed by production designer Avinash Kolla, has been erected at the Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad for this schedule. Director Buchi Babu Sana is personally supervising every detail, ensuring each action segment showcases fresh concepts and visually stunning execution.

The film also features Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma, and Boman Irani in prominent roles, with musical maestro AR Rahman composing the soundtrack. Peddi is gearing up for a grand PAN-India release on March 27, 2026.
