The other day, Natural Star Nani was asked about Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi’s opinion that Prabhas looked like a joker in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. The ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ actor expressed his unrehearsed opinion. He said that Warsi doesn’t deserve any attention. “The person (referring to Warsi) that you are referring to, this must be the most publicity he has got in his life. You are unnecessarily glorifying an unimportant matter. (sic),” Nani said. The ‘Dasara’ actor appeared to degrade the ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ comedian.

In his latest interview, Nani backtracked and withdrew his remarks. The Telugu actor said that his choice of words was poor. “Definitely, my choice of words was also poor. The biggest thing that you can do is accept your regret. But what I am also saying is that it sounds so bad when it’s translated,” he told Mid-Day. The ‘Ante Sundaraniki’ actor blamed the scribe who was trying to bring up the controversy during a presser meant to promote ‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’ (his August 29th release).
