Popular Telugu actor Prabhas has made a generous donation of Rs 50 lakh to help fellow actor Fish Venkat, who currently battles kidney failure and remains in critical condition. Known for his comic and villainous roles in Tollywood, Venkat is receiving treatment in the ICU and needs a kidney transplant to survive. His daughter Sravanthi recently shared an emotional appeal, asking for help from the film industry and fans to save her father’s life.

After hearing her plea, Prabhas’s team contacted Sravanthi directly. They assured her that Prabhas would cover the full cost of the transplant. They also promised to help in the search for a suitable kidney donor, since no one in Venkat’s family qualifies to donate. Fans across social media praised this heartwarming gesture, calling Prabhas a “real-life hero.”

Fish Venkat’s Family Seeks Donor Support from Tollywood

Although the family has received financial help, they still face their biggest challenge, finding a kidney donor. Sravanthi explained that while Prabhas has almost covered the cost, her father’s life still depends on finding a matching donor. She expressed disappointment that several top Tollywood stars who worked closely with her father have not responded yet. She called on Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, and Jr NTR to step forward, either to help find a donor or spread awareness.

She said, “My father has acted in so many films with big stars. We need help now more than ever. I request everyone in the industry to please come forward and help us.”
