Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed deep anguish over the deadly car explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort, which claimed 12 lives and left 20 others injured on Monday evening. Speaking from Thimphu, Bhutan, during his official visit, the Prime Minister assured the nation that the government would leave no stone unturned in bringing those responsible to justice.

“The agencies will get to the bottom of this conspiracy. The conspirators behind this heinous act will not be spared. All those responsible will be brought to justice,” Modi declared, emphasizing that the investigation will be thorough and uncompromising.

The Prime Minister also revealed that he had been in constant touch with top officials throughout the night, closely monitoring developments related to the blast. “Today, I come here with a heavy heart. The horrific incident that occurred in Delhi yesterday evening has deeply saddened everyone. I share the pain of the affected families, and the entire nation stands with them in this hour of grief,” he said.

His statement comes amid an intensified investigation by central and state security agencies into the explosion that shook the Red Fort area. Preliminary reports indicate the possibility of a terror-related conspiracy, and several suspects have already been detained for questioning.
